WE DO
The Firm is known for its service–oriented approach at the highest levels, as evidenced by the amount of oversight on a matter even from our senior partners. Exposure to international arbitrations (in India and abroad) and working with large international law firms brings in global best practices.
Senior resources in the Dispute Resolution team are transaction lawyers who apply their understanding of contracts. This zeroes in on critical commercial issues to be able to evolve the right strategy. In the regulatory space, this is advantageous, since there is familiarity with regulatory regimes and the market approach to their applicability. Our in–house forensics team further facilitates our deep dives, giving equal weightage to evidentiary findings and research on law. Our clients directly benefit from the specialisation, years of varied experience and multiple perspectives.
