With over 16 years of experience, Ravi Bhasin specialises in M&A, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Real Estate, and General Corporate. Ravi advises foreign as well as domestic clients on their investments in India including investments by private equity firms (both in equity and debt instruments) across various sectors. He also advises on investments, property and M&A transactions in the real estate sector. Ravi’s clients span the real estate, hospitality, e-commerce, retail, media and publishing, insurance, education, alcoholic beverages, hospitals and healthcare and IT services sectors.
