Pranjal Bhattacharya is a Counsel in the Delhi office and specializes in the Energy, Infrastructure and Sustainability sectors. With more than 9 years of experience, his expertise includes advising on all aspects of project development and operation including bankability analysis, mergers and acquisitions, entry-level strategies, transaction structures and advising on the regulatory framework for project development at the Central level and across various states in India; conducting and advising on bid processes including risk analysis of government tenders; drafting and reviewing tender documents and concession agreements; drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts and power purchase agreements. His key areas of practice include conventional and renewable energy, carbon off-sets and new energies, railways and metros, defense, roads, ports, oil and gas, mining and urban infrastructure such as water and waste management.
