Complex disputes tend to branch into diverse territories - intersecting with statutory, investigative and regulatory proceedings. I aim to provide a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to assist my clients in navigating unique and constantly evolving challenges.

Prabhav Shroff is a partner with the Mumbai office. Prabhav has over 10 years’ experiences in dispute resolution. He routinely advises clients in relation to cross-border disputes, and international and domestic arbitrations. He also represents clients before various fora, including the Supreme Court, and various High Courts and Tribunals in relation to commercial disputes, shareholder/corporate litigations, and regulatory & securities law proceedings.
