Mrinal has 13 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He has advised and represented clients in commercial disputes, writ petitions, shareholder disputes, arbitrations, proceedings for enforcement of arbitral awards, proceedings concerning intermediary liability under the Information Technology Act, 2000, enforcement proceedings under the Securitization And Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Of Security Interest Act, 2002 and white collar offences, across various District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court. Mrinal also regularly assists clients in ongoing investigations by State and Central agencies.
