With over a decade of experience, Harsh Kabra specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity investments, corporate and commercial laws advisory and other commercial transactions such as business / asset transfers. He has advised listed and unlisted entities in different industries, including information technology, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, e-commerce, online gaming, manufacturing and logistics. He has advised on foreign investment laws, corporate and commercial laws, consumer protection laws and employment laws as well. Harsh has also assisted the Committee of Experts constituted by the Government of India to examine the need for an institutional framework for regulation and development of valuation professionals in the preparation of the report and drafting of the draft Valuers Bill, 2020.
