Harini Balaji, Senior Consultant – Regulatory affairs, is part of the Mumbai office, having more than 26 years’ experience with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in areas of fund management, corporate restructuring, primary market, listing, governance, secondary market, debt and Hybrid securities. She has also worked extensively in the enforcement areas of Surveillance and Investigation.
