Dhirajkumar Totala has 15 years of experience and specializes in Dispute Resolution matters. He advises on commercial disputes, writ petitions, insolvency proceedings, recovery proceedings and SARFA ESI/SFC actions before several courts, authorities and tribunals across India. He also represents domestic and international clients in various investigations and criminal complaints before police authorities, including specialised investigation agencies.
