Sectors
I am passionate about the energy and infrastructure sectors and am intrigued by humankind’s race (against time) to switch to sustainable infrastructure and clean energy. What I’d like to see is more investments being made in these sectors (by the private sector aided by suitable governmental policies) focused on achieving an efficient, sustainable and environment friendly future.
With nearly 14.5 years of experience, Atreya Bhattacharya specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Structured Finance transactions. He advises clients on cross–border acquisitions, early–stage private equity and debt investments, joint ventures (including setting up investment platforms), acquisition financings and distressed buyouts. Atreya’s clients span sectors, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Atreya is dual qualified (in India and in England & Wales).
