Anshika Misra is a part of the Mumbai office. Anshika has more than 12 years of experience in the dispute resolution practice. Anshika has advised on pre-litigation strategy and litigations including before the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, NCLT / NCLAT and in arbitrations on disputes related to private equity investments, infrastructure projects, corporate actions, challenge to the constitutional validity of state action, real estate, securities law and media law.
