Practice Area
The pandemic has changed the way the world functions - to accept that technological advancement became a reality overnight. It has brought about a need for lawyers, judges and corporates to evolve and rediscover how the Bar, the Bench and the industry functions. I am driven by the need to constantly evolve, experiment and grow, which has helped me greatly as a Disputes Lawyer. With the constant changes in law and the manner in which we practise it in courts and before tribunals, it is important that each day I reflect on the evolution and my ability to adapt to the developments around me.
Aditya Jalan has 10 years of experience and specialises in Dispute Resolution. Aditya advises clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, international and domestic arbitrations, and white-collar crime defence. His clients include banks and other financial institutions, multinationals, manufacturers, and PSUs.
