Given our huge infrastructure deficit, more investment in this sector is the need of the hour. The regulatory landscape at the State and Central levels is continuously evolving, which pushes me to think out of the box and come up with creative structures to close deals quickly and aid the development of infrastructure. I also end up playing a small part in making the planet more liveable and reducing our carbon footprint in the process.
With 15 years of experience, Aditya Periwal specialises in Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and General Corporate matters. He regularly advises clients across sectors, including highways, renewable energy (i.e., solar, wind and group captive), smart meters, electric vehicles, battery manufacturing,
energy storage, green hydrogen, carbon credits, pump storage, waste management, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Additionally, he has acted for private equity funds on their investments in the education, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, diagnostics and manufacturing sectors.
