I am deeply interested in Public International Law and am a regular judge at Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court competition as well as other moot court competitions in India. Interacting with students exposes one to freshness of ideas and reinforces passion in what we do. Additionally, I love reading biographies, particularly of legal luminaries.
With over 16 years of experience, Abhinav Ashwin specialises in direct tax matters. He also supports the Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and General Corporate practice. Abhinav regularly advises domestic and international clients on a range of direct tax and international tax issues. Further, he has significant experience in advising and assisting clients on tax litigation before various fora in India.
