Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at AZB & Partners and is based out of New Delhi. He has more than 13 years of experience in handling IPR, Telecom, Gaming, Competition, Civil, Commercial and Criminal disputes, domestic and international arbitrations (both institutional and ad hoc) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. He regularly represents HNIs, leading banks and financial institutions, private equity funds and various multinational companies before all major forums across India. Abhimanyu additionally holds a PhD specialising in Cyber and Constitution law.
