AZB & Partners represented Zuora Inc. on its acquisition of metering firm Togai, with a view to enhance its AI usage-based models. Zuora is a leading enterprise software company which creates and provides software for businesses to launch and manage their subscription-based services. Togai provides metering and rating solutions, and this acquisition will strengthen Zuora’s offerings.
