UPL Ltd on the proposed investment by Alpha Wave Global of US $350 million in Advanta Enterprises Ltd.

AZB & Partners is advising UPL Ltd (UPL) on the proposed investment by Alpha Wave Global of US$ 350 million in Advanta Enterprises Ltd (Advanta). Advanta is a subsidiary of UPL engaged in hybrid seeds business across more than 80 countries. This deal marks the second major external investment in Advanta, following a US$ 300 million investment by KKR in October 2022.
