AZB & Partners acted for Tiger Global (as a selling shareholder) on the recent IPO by Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited (commonly known as ‘Blackbuck’), which aggregated to INR 11.14 billion. Blackbuck is engaged in the business of providing logistics and transportation services through an online platform for connecting businesses with freight transporters.
