The BLAST Group on its strategic joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited.

AZB & Partners represented the BLAST Group on its strategic joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary RISE Worldwide Limited. This joint venture brings together BLAST’s excellence in the eSports industry and Reliance’s market and technological expertise for creating an ecosystem for eSports in India.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Darshika Kothari, Partner Kunal Kumbhat, Senior Associate Yashaswi Rohra, Associates Disha Mantry, Khushi Bafna and Rhea Chauhan, with support from Partner Nandan Pendsey, Esq. and Senior Associate Riddhi Tulshian on the intellectual property aspects.
