AZB & Partners advised and represented Swades Foundation, a non-profit organization, as the sole counsel on the listing of zero coupon zero principal instrument of face value of INR 1 each aggregating up to INR 10 crores on the social stock exchange (SSE) of National Stock Exchange. This is the biggest issue size by a not-profit organization and the Issue was the first that was open for online subscription at the SSE.
