Siemens Gamesa on the sale of its onshore wind turbine business.

AZB & Partners acted for Siemens Gamesa on the sale of its onshore wind turbine business to a group of investors led by TPG. Siemens Gamesa will continue with a minority stake in the transferred business.

Our deal team was comprised of Senior Partners Darshika Kothari and Anuja Tiwari, Partners Kunal Kumbhat, Vasudha Asher and Mallika Anand, Counsel Pranjal Bhattacharya, Senior Associates Sameer Raina and Shikhar Thukral, and Associates Anushka Mehta, Pratham Pratap Mohanty, Siddhanth Mitra and Uday Sehgal.
