Represented the appellant in Eva Agro Feeds Private Limited vs. Punjab National Bank & Ors. before the Supreme Court of India

AZB & Partners successfully represented the appellant in Eva Agro Feeds Private Limited vs. Punjab National Bank & Ors. before the Supreme Court of India wherein the Court in a landmark decision on the issue of public auctions in liquidation granted relief to the appellant and held, inter alia, that a liquidator cannot cancel the auction merely in the anticipation of fetching a higher price.
