Ravindra Energy Limited on the development of a solar captive project in Hingoli, Maharashtra for Hindustan Composites Limited

AZB & Partners advised Ravindra Energy Limited on the development of a solar captive project in Hingoli, Maharashtra for Hindustan Composites Limited (“HCL”). HCL intends to buy power, as captive consumer, from the captive project which is to be commissioned by March 2025. This is part of the C&I portfolio being developed by Ravindra Energy towards their ambitious target of setting up 200 MW of solar power plants as C&I projects for consumers across Maharashtra and the rest of the country.
