AZB & Partners successfully represented the respondent in Parth Merchant vs. Detox India Private Limited before the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“NCLT”). The application which alleged, inter alia, money laundering and was filed under Section 213 of the Companies Act, 2013 for seeking investigation into the affairs was dismissed by the NCLT at the admission stage itself without issuance of notice.
