AZB & Partners advised NTT Ltd. on the sale of its majority stake in Nihilent Limited (‘Nihilent’) in a leveraged buyout to Arcalis Technologies Private Limited, a management controlled entity. Nihilent offers consulting services and IT solutions to customers in the banking, media, retail, health-care and manufacturing industries and has presence in South Africa, India, US, Sweden, UK and Australia.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Counsel Abhilash Chandran, Associates Vyoma Mehta and Meghna Somani.
