Lumenci in a transaction receiving of investment in it by VSS Capital Partners

AZB & Partners acted for Lumenci in a transaction where VSS Capital Partners (a private investment firm investing in healthcare, education and business services industries) made a recent investment in full-services IP consulting firm Lumenci, Inc., in association with private equity firm Century Equity Partners.

Our deal team comprised our Partner Vikram Shroff, Senior Partner Nanditha Gopal, Senior Associates Karishma Dugar and Sayantani Saha, Associates Shivani Verma, Shubhangi Agarwal and Khyati Kapoor.
