AZB & Partners acted for Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited and Allianz Asia Pacific and their identified affiliates and funds in connection with subscription to certain secured non-convertible debentures issued by Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited, aggregating to an investment of INR 32 Billion.
