AZB & Partners recently advised and represented IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as “IIFL Securities Limited”) as the sole book running lead manager to the qualified institutions placement of equity shares by Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, for an aggregate amount of ₹ 7.9 billion.
