AZB & Partners acted for IFCI Limited, the monitoring agency of Indian Semiconductor Mission, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, in relation to provision of fiscal support to Micron, for the proposed set-up of Micron’s semiconductor unit at Sanand in Gujarat. This is the first mega project under the Indian Semiconductor Mission of Government of India.
