AZB & Partners advised Goswami Infratech Private Limited, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company, on the pre-IPO sale of its shares in Afcons Infrastructure Limited. This was the largest pre-IPO placement by way of secondary sale in the history of capital market transactions in India.
