AZB & Partners acted as the legal counsel for the Godrej family branches led by Mr. Jamshyd Godrej and Ms. Smita Godrej Crishna on the family settlement arrangement between them and the family branches led by Mr. Adi Godrej and Mr. Nadir Godrej. The ownership realignment pursuant to the family settlement in one of the largest and oldest business houses in India involved multiple operating entities with diversified businesses including listed companies like Godrej Industries, Godrej Consumer, Godrej Properties, Godrej Agrovet, Astec Lifesciences and unlisted companies like Godrej & Boyce and Godrej Infotech.
