AZB & Partners acted for Global Health Limited (Medanta) and Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali Foundation International Charitable Trust Society in relation to their operations & management agreement for a 750-bed super specialty Hospital in Pitampura, Delhi, with a capex of more than INR 600 Crores.
