Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited in its joint venture with Thind Eye Care.

AZB & Partners represented Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited (‘AHCL’) in its joint venture with Thind Eye Care for providing ophthalmological diagnostic and surgical services and operating state-of-the-art super specialty hospitals in the territories of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Counsel Abhilash Chandran and Senior Associates Karun Jhangiani, Anish Patel and Farah Titina.
