Dec 31, 2022DoT by way of Office Memorandum No. J-19045/10/2022-SAT dated November 15, 2022, has removed the requirement for VSAT CUG operators to submit deployment data to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing for endorsement of their hub / gateway license, pursuant to removal of wireless operating license for VSATs operating under a commercial VSAT CUG license.
