Craftsman Automation Limited on its acquisition of a residual 24% stake in DR Axion India Private Limited.

AZB & Partners has acted for Craftsman Automation Limited, a manufacturer of components for automotive & industrial engineering sectors, on its acquisition of a residual 24% stake in DR Axion India Private Limited (‘DRAIPL’). Post completion of the transaction, DRAIPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation Limited.
