AZB & Partners acted for BPRL (subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum) in the acquisition of a participating interest (PI) in oil & gas assets in Brazil, where Videocon Industries Limited through its subsidiaries and ultimately a JV with BPRL, held PI in certain oil & gas assets in Brazil.
