AZB & Partners is advising BlackRock Inc. (“BlackRock”), the world’s largest asset manager, on its proposed asset management joint venture with Jio Financial Services Limited (“JFS”).
The joint venture marks BlackRock’s re-entry in asset management in India and aims to deliver tech-enabled access to affordable, innovative investment solutions for millions of investors in India. BlackRock and JFS are targeting initial investment of USD 150 million each in the joint venture.
