AZB & Partners represented a cloud communications company which provides value-added services in the cloud communications space before the Delhi High Court and was successful in defending them against the challenge and stay to the implementation of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018. These regulations lay out a framework to facilitate commercial communication to the right recipient in accordance with their preferences.
