Axis Capital Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited on the further public offer (“FPO”) of equity shares by Vodafone Idea Limited as the book running lead managers.

AZB & Partners recently advised and represented Axis Capital Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited as the book running lead managers to the further public offer (“FPO”) of equity shares by Vodafone Idea Limited, for an aggregate amount of INR 180 billion. This is the largest FPO by an Indian company and the first FPO by a company in the telecommunications sector.
