AZB & Partners is advising AU Small Finance Bank Limited (“AU”) on the proposed merger of Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited (“Fincare”) with AU by way of a scheme of amalgamation under Section 44A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The transaction value is approximately USD 530 million.
