Alfanar India for smart meter project with Esyasoft Technologies Private Limited.

AZB & Partners assisted Alfanar India for installation of smart meters with Esyasoft Technologies Private Limited. Alfanar India was awarded two smart metering projects by the Madhya Pradesh DISCOMs (Bhopal and Jabalpur) for around 2 million smart meters under competitive bidding regime. The transaction is significant given that the role of smart meters is significantly increasing in India’s energy transition.

Our transaction team comprised our Senior Partner Anuja Tiwari, Partner Mallika Anand, Senior Associate Pranjal Bhattacharya and Associate Uday Sehgal.
