AZB & Partners is advising Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited on its proposed demerger of Madura Fashion and Lifestyle Business into a wholly owned subsidiary Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited which will be listed separately on completion of the demerger.
