AZB & Partners acted for A. O. Smith India Water Products Private Limited and A. O. Smith Corporation on its acquisition of Unilever and HUL’s water purification business in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Mexico carried under the brand ‘Pureit’.
