AZB & Partners advised 3M Company on all Indian law aspects of the global spin-off of its healthcare business into a new independently entity listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Solventum Corporation. The transaction involved the legal separation and reorganization of 3M’s healthcare business with a turnover of USD 8.2 billion in over 90 jurisdictions.
